ABOUT SOHFIT

SOHFIT was started on a very simple premise: there has to be more to getting fit than spending fruitless hours on boring workouts and impossible-to-implement diets.

SOHFIT’s highly personalised online and offline programs are about keeping it simple and going back to the basics. At SOHFIT we strongly believe that every wellness regime has to have an X factor, at SOHFIT that X factor, is having fun.

The all new SOHFIT 21 Day Challenge 2.0, started on 27th November is an online 3 weeks fitness program that combines fitness, clean eating, and community, along with expert coaching for 3 weeks.

  • Do it anytime and anywhere, LIVE sessions plus recordings given

  • Online LIVE session timings: 7:00 to 8:00 AM and 7:00 to 8:00 PM IST

  • 6 workouts a week; 40 minutes structured to your level

  • Body weight options given

  • Nutrition Guidelines with weekends off (Nutrition Tracking optional)

  • Suitable for all Levels

Fun-yet-challenging bootcamp classes.

SOHFIT bootcamp classes are an amazing community of people who all want to better themselves. For most of our members, the best part of their day is sweating it out with their friends and getting a high five and smile from the coach at the end of a crazy training session.
