Your roadmap to Getting Leaner & Faster.
This online program is focused on helping you build lean muscle and improving your running paces. Over the 6-week Program, you will be working on your functional movements through Metabolic Conditioning and working on your Aerobic and Anaerobic capacity, to improve your 6K run time. You have an in person option at SOHFIT HQ in Mumbai as well.
THE SOHFIT STRENGTH PROGRAM
A 6 WEEK PROGRAM
STARTING 1 April, 2024
This program is focused on making you stronger.
Throughout the 6-week duration, you will engage in weightlifting, challenging your muscles with diverse exercises and rep ranges—all the while prioritising proper form. Please note that the use of weights is essential for this program. You have an in person option to do this at SOHFIT HQ in Mumbai.
