ABOUT THE PROGRAM
If you’re looking for an online strength and conditioning program, designed to make you stronger and fitter, the SOHFIT BUILD Program is for you!
This program features the much-loved aspects of SOHFIT’s online programming, including a fun WhatsApp community that gives you access to the SOHFIT coaches and pushes you to achieve your impossible fitness goals.This is a long-term program which is ongoing throughout the year, so your training is covered year on year. Perhaps the best part is that it never stops!
WHAT WE OFFER
Daily workouts from Monday to Friday that will include strength (including isolation work), high intensity, RFT and cardio (running or walking).
Access to qualified and experienced SOHFIT coaches throughout the week, who will help you with any questions you have about workouts and more
A WhatsApp community to help you push your limits and keep you motivated (note that there is no reporting of summaries for the BUILD Program, unlike the Challenges).
OPTIONAL NUTRITION ADD - ON
If you have specific goals in mind, you have the option to work one-on-one with our qualified nutritionist (for an additional charge) and formulate a nutrition plan specifically catered to you and your needs.
THE EQUIPMENT YOU’LL NEED
Access to weights is compulsory. At a minimum, you’ll need two sets of
dumbbells (a lighter pair for upper body and a heavier set for lower body) but,
we would strongly suggest having a wider range of options so that you can be properly challenged during the strength workout.
A skipping rope (if you can skip)
Bench, box or sturdy chair/stool that you can step or jump onto.

The Pricing Structure
Each Build cycle lasts 4 weeks, with the option to sign up for 1, 3, or 6 months.
The fees are non-transferable, but you can pause your Build membership should you wish to join a Challenge.
The structure is as mentioned below :
