WHY TRAIN WITH
KETTLEBELLS?
KBs are versatile equipment and probably the most underrated piece of equipment in a gym. Its shape and design allows for a variety movements like swinging, pressing, pulling, carrying and stability-based exercises
KB exercises can be the bang for your fitness buck, targeting numerous muscle groups and moving you through multiple planes of motion, standalone or in a sequence / complex – keeping it interesting and fun..
It’s possible to execute an entire workout with nothing more than a couple of KBs where the fitness goal is strength, hypertrophy, cardio / endurance or power. But, for that you need to learn certain skills to stay safe and get the best results.
