Can’t train with us in person? We have a range of online consultation and programming packages that are tailored to suit your fitness goals. 

All our online programs offer individualised workout plans that are thoughtfully and rigorously designed by SOHFIT Coaches and are tailored to your fitness level. We do not have standardised plans, but instead take the time to get to know more about your current habits and future goals.




Scientific Approach

The Online Coaching Programs (“Online Program”) are formulated by highly qualified Coaches, using tried and tested methods. Our plans are goal-oriented with an emphasis on making you better. Our Coaches will motivate you and teach you to move safely with strength and confidence. 



Fitness doesn’t develop overnight; it takes a while for your body to adapt to a new fitness regime. The Online Programs are designed with this logic in mind - we combine strength, cardio and conditioning work, and expect you to stick to the plan and give each workout your best effort. You will see results if you are consistent with both food and exercise!


Individuality and Accountability 

Your SOHFIT Coach is with you every step of the way; they design your plan, motivate you and provide detailed feedback on all videos that you send in. On the basis of this relationship, your plans evolve as your fitness improves. SOHFIT Coaches are genuinely invested in the success of their students. We take the time to understand your goals, habits, strengths and weaknesses and we work closely with you to help you improve.

Our dedicated Coaches work hard to maintain the essence of human touch and interaction, whilst the online format allows you space to do things at your own pace. Food and exercise go hand-in-hand, which is why we work with a qualified nutritionist who can create a specialised nutrition plan for you that aligns with the workouts that we design for you. This is an optional add-on (details below). 


Our plans include tutorial videos for every movement and exercise that we put into your plan. We encourage you to send us pictures and videos while working out so we can track your progress and monitor your form. This is key to the success of an Online Program. While gym access is not mandatory, it would be a good to have so that we can keep varying your movements and exercises.We have a few options for you to choose from:

Daily Plan

You will receive individualised workouts every weekend and your assigned SOHFIT Coach will check-in with you every day via WhatsApp to see how the workout was. This plan is for someone who wants guidance from our coaches on a daily basis, and this kind of close monitoring is exactly what we will provide – checking on your exercise form and giving you daily motivation to workout. We’ll be there with you every step of the way.


Weekly Plan

You will receive individualised workouts every weekend and have weekly contact with your SOHFIT Coach so that you can discuss the past week’s work. This plan is for someone who is more confident in the gym and can learn movements and techniques via the tutorial videos that we provide. Your weekly discussion with your coach will include detailed feedback about your workouts and form, with written feedback also provided so you can refer to it at any time.


Monthly Plan

Your SOHFIT Coach will send you an individualised workout schedule every 4 weeks. Note that this plan does not contain any daily or weekly monitoring. You will speak to your SOHFIT Coach once before you start your plan and again at the end of your month. This plan is for someone who is confident in the gym and well-versed with equipment/machines and who is looking for a personalised plan designed to help them reach their fitness goals.  


You can opt for a 1 month paid trial plan, after which you have the option of signing up for either 3 or 6 months (or even skip the trial month and sign up for 3 or 6 months directly). If this is something that appeals to you get in touch!
