SOHFIT One-on-One programming takes each individual’s needs into consideration. There’s no set formula or pattern – each person is assessed to determine his/her strengths and weaknesses.
HOW IT WORKS
CLIENT EVALUATION PROCESS
Client is requested to share their past workout and health history.
Identify any muscle imbalances, joint mobility and range of motion restrictions.
YOUR FITNESS PROGRAM IS FORMULATED
A program that works for you. This is re-evaluated as the client progresses.
YOUR ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS BEGIN
Your SOHFIT Coach will push your boundaries, bit by bit.
CLIENT ANALYSIS BY A PHYSIOTHERAPIST
At SOHFIT, we do not believe in restricting ourselves or our clients to the four walls of a gym, so outdoor sessions are very much a part of our programming where possible. In order to provide our clients with a holistic approach to fitness, we also provide them with the right nutrition counselling.
