A 2 week online Program
Welcome to the RFT (Raw Functional Training) India Movement - our 2 week online program launched by Da Rulk and Sohrab Khushrushahi. This Program will make you rethink everything you thought you knew about strength and conditioning.
Over the course of the 2 weeks we will unlock different facets of your strength and mobility. The end goal is to enhance core stability, agility, dynamic mobility, cardiovascular health, posture and overall strength and conditioning.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Someone who's just starting out,
Someone who's never worked out before,
Someone who used to be an ex-athlete and now has injuries,
Someone who trains regularly, or
Someone who is an athlete.
WHAT IS RFT?
You might have even tried ‘functional training’ in the gym, however, Joseph Sakoda, a.k.a. Da Rulk’s (personal trainer to Chris Hemsworth) raw functional training will have you crawling around on all fours.
Raw Functional Training (RFT) is a functional training program focusing on bodyweight foundational movement patterns like crawling, rolling, rocking, etc.
RFT is not a replacement for any kind of training. It can be done standalone or with any other exercise regime or physical activity.
KEY ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAM
A 2 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM
This Program is focused on learning & working on the nuances of Raw Functional Training. You will ideally need weights for this program as we will be combining RFT with some strength work to help you function better and get stronger at the same time.
ALL LEVELS INCLUSIVE
Whether you are someone who is completely new to RFT or someone who is a veteran, this Program is for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced athletes. There will be different programs designed for each level.
EXCLUSIVE ZOOM SESSIONS WITH DA RULK
We will be conducting a couple of Zoom sessions with the man himself - Da Rulk as he will be sharing his insights, experiences and the science behind this purpose driven movement.
Given that this Program is a workout focused program, there is no nutrition tracking involved. Therefore, you can do this program in the midst of any and every social obligation.
Recovery is as important as your workout. We will be conducting a session on active recovery on the weekends to enhance your recovery so that you can make the most of every workout.
You will get to be a part of our ever growing virtual community wherein you will be on a WhatsApp group with your fellow students/athletes.
