THE RFT INDIA 8 WEEKS ONLINE CONDITIONING PROGRAM

For The First Time
With DA RULK and SOHRAB

Welcome to the RFT (Raw Functional Training) India Movement which started 23rd October, 2023. This Program is designed by Da Rulk himself, the founder of RFT (Raw Functional Training). The workouts include fundamental RFT movements (all bodyweight) and their variations, in a sequence format by pairing different movements together.

 

This Program uses a unique protocol built from Da Rulk’s foundational RFT sequencing curriculum. The methodology applies to the adaptation of movement patterns in specific formats to incorporate intensity, duration, plane of motion and joint mobility/stabilization under a timed parameter and it has a unique effect on metabolism, body composition and neurological functionality.

 

RFT sequencing helps train mind-muscle coordination. Get in tune with your body, improve mobility and posture, training full body conditioning and build strength and mental resilience.  

 

Cost - INR 36,000 + GST for a 2 month program

 

A 1 day workshop targeted towards trainers and fitness enthrusiasts to learn the 9 fundamental movements

of RFT.

KEY ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAM 

An 8 Week Online Program

The training is 5 days a week, every week, for 8 weeks. This program can be done anywhere. You do not need any equipment to complete the program.

Workout Duration

Each workout will be broken up into 2 parts. 5 minutes in the morning and 15-20 minutes at any point during the day. 

For All Levels

Whether you are someone who is completely new to RFT or someone who is a veteran, this program is for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced athletes.

 Lifelong Access To The Program

That’s right! We will be giving you access to the workouts for life so you can keep practicing the movements and sequences as and when you like, post the program. 

Live Sessions

2 Zoom lives (and recordings) every week – for the first time, Da Rulk and Sohrab will each take 1 live session every week for the participants.

Combine The Workouts With Your Training

Either do this program standalone or in addition to your workouts – 20-25 minutes of conditioning work that can be done along with your regular workouts or even standalone to get better with your RFT movements.
