SOHFIT One-on-One programming takes each individual’s needs into consideration. There’s no set formula or pattern – each person is assessed to determine his/her strengths and weaknesses. While weight loss is important, it is nothing but a by-product of consistent hard work, which becomes natural and effortless when a person is having fun. And that’s what all SOHFIT programmes are about!
Each client will undergo an evaluation process before starting a training programme. While the client is encouraged to provide as much information about themselves as possible, there is only so much we expect our client to know. Our qualified physiotherapist will evaluate each client and identify any muscle imbalances, joint mobility and range of motion restrictions.
Based on the findings of the analysis, your SOHFIT Coach will create a comprehensive fitness regime, which not only plays to your strengths but will also improve your weaknesses. In each session your SOHFIT Coach will push your boundaries, bit by bit.
At SOHFIT, we do not believe in restricting ourselves or our clients to the four walls of a gym, so outdoor sessions are very much a part of our programming where possible. In order to provide our clients with a holistic approach to fitness, we also provide them with the right nutrition counselling.

Working on the premise that fitness and fun go hand-in-hand, at SOHFIT we design fun-yet-challenging bootcamp classes. These sessions are designed to improve overall fitness levels of every individual by pushing boundaries. There is no space for limits and individuals are motivated by the group environment to push beyond thoughts of "I just can't do it" and "this is impossible". The workouts are designed to be efficient and make every single minute count.
Each session will focus on different muscle groups through a combination of resistance training, weights and cardio to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. Prior to beginning the first session, our SOHFIT Coaches are available upon request for a consultation and chat.
Above all, SOHFIT bootcamp classes are an amazing community of people who all want to better themselves. For most of our clients, the best part of their day is sweating it out with their friends and getting a high five and smile from the coach at the end of a crazy training session. This is what SOHFIT is all about – getting fit by having fun!
We have bootcamps at the following venues and times:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. taken by Coach Sohrab.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. taken by Coach Nonie.
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. taken by Coach Sohrab.
During the monsoons, all our camps are held at our indoor venue which is the Shiamak Davar Studio, Gala No. 5, under the Mahalaxmi Bridge, opposite the Mahalaxmi Station on the Race Course Side, Mahalaxmi.
Once the monsoons are done, we take our camps outdoors and run our sessions at the Astro Turf at Raghuvanshi Mills on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Studies have shown that working out with a partner has more benefits than hitting the weights or treadmill solo. Catching up with your BFF is fun. Kicking each other’s ass and laughing together—even better! That’s the beauty of the SOHFIT buddy programme, think of it as a date you can’t cancel.

ONLINE CONSULTATION AND PROGRAMMING
Can’t train with us in person? We have a range of online consultation and programming packages that are tailored to suit your fitness goals.
If you want a customised programme and/or feel that you need a little encouragement from a SOHFIT coach, there are two options:
The SOHFIT Daily Plan
This plan features individualised workouts and daily contact with a SOHFIT Coach, who will be there to guide you and help you get fitter, faster and stronger. You will be assigned a SOHFIT Coach and will receive workouts every weekend from your coach for the following week. Your coach will check in with you every day to see how the workout was and what your feedback from the workout was. You will also log your food with your coach so that he/she can keep a check on what you are eating.
The SOHFIT Weekly Plan
Our weekly plan features individualised workouts and weekly contact with a SOHFIT Coach. You will be assigned a SOHFIT Coach and will receive workouts every weekend from your coach for the following week. Your coach will check in with you every weekend to see how the week has gone and what your feedback from the workouts were. You can also log your food with your coach so that he/she can keep a check on what you are eating through the course of the week.

The SOHFIT Monthly Plan
The aim of the monthly programme is to keep building up your strength and stamina, month by month. A SOHFIT Coach will send you a workout schedule every 4 weeks, designed to work towards some specific goals. Note that you will need gym access for this plan, and that this plan does not contain any monitoring – we send you the workouts and you complete them.

40 DAYS OF EXERCISE | 40 DAYS OF CLEAN EATING | 40 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE
The SOHFIT 40 Day Online Challenge is our way to kick-start your fitness journey and get you faster, fitter and stronger. 40 days is a great amount of time to prove to yourself that change is possible, and it might not be as hard as you think. We will achieve this through an online training and nutrition program that is realistic and manageable for the everyday person.
Over 40 days, you will train for 40 minutes each day – and you will be challenged! The workouts cater to all levels, so don't worry if you are a beginner or advanced. We’ve got you covered! You will also be given detailed nutrition guidelines developed by a qualified nutritionist, including a Dos and Don'ts list, general meal plan and an amazing recipe book.
The SOHFIT team will also support you throughout your 40 day journey, helping to keep you on track and achieve your goals. You will be part of a limited Whatsapp group with senior SOHFIT coaches, where you can ask questions and share your eating and exercise activities on a daily basis – we have found that community is one of the most effective ways to keep our SOHFITTERS motivated.
