It’s been an incredible journey with Sohfit, when I started out nearly five months ago, my idea of fitness was very different. I was more focused on how much I weighed rather than how I felt. This changed soon after I started training with Sohrab.

Sohrab’s passion and love for what he does is very contagious and you can’t help but feel the same way. He also has this amazing ability to quickly grasp what an individual is capable of and he’ll motivate you to realise your full potential. During each training session, Sohrab would encourage me to overcome my mental barriers and discover what my body is capable of doing versus what I thought it could do. He would gently nudge me out of my comfort zone until one day I realised that I was doing things I never thought I could, like a 40 second handstand and 100 burpees! While weight loss was a goal, it became secondary, instead it was more important for me to become physically as well as mentally stronger and with Sohrab I knew I was in safe hands.


Today, I have dropped a size but more importantly I’m at a much happier place than I was five months ago. I feel more confident and sure of myself, workouts have become fun and I have never been and felt as fit as I do today. Sohfit has become a way of life for me, it’s about feeling good about myself and at the same time challenging myself each time to surpass my own expectations. I am so grateful to be a part of this and am proud to call myself a Sohfitter!
