When I first heard about the SOHFIT 40 Day Challenge, I was skeptical. But I decided to give it a go, and I quickly realised that it wasn’t going to be easy! The first couple of days were difficult, getting used to a new changed lifestyle. But after the first week I realised what was happening to me internally. I was feeling more energetic, less bloated and overall lighter.

And then the external transformation started to take place. While meeting people over drinks and dinner, I had become much more conscious of what I would be eating, and was actually enjoying myself! The self-control was rewarding as I was also seeing results.

What I liked best was the active interactions of other participants on the chat. Additionally, team SOHFIT’s constant motivation and inputs, and the innovative challenging workouts.

I can proudly say that I have followed the challenge 100%, because it was something which I loved doing. This challenge made me realise that it’s just a matter of Mind over your Mouth. I feel in these 40 days I have undergone a complete lifestyle change, with a changed perspective towards healthy eating. I am looking forward for the next challenge to begin as I would like to make it my way of life slowly but gradually.
