Thank you to everyone at Sohfit for this amazing 40 challenge! It has conditioned me for making better food choices and regular exercise like never before. I have never worked out 6 days of the week in my life!! The challenge has greatly improved my endurance levels and strength. The workouts were curated really well with varied routines and exercises The daily accountability really helped to keep myself in check. I feel stronger and fitter and I really hope to continue this long term. As far as the workouts go, there were lots of surprises for me.

I tried and successfully managed to do box jumps which I never thought I would be able to do. I have started running a lot more and for longer duration than I ever have before. I have never tried things like hanging from the bar but pushed myself to during this challenge. So thanks guys for helping us to push our boundaries.
