My first 40 day challenge has been a great experience so Thank you Sohrab, for the encouragement and running me through it previously and a major shout out to Nonie, for holding my hand throughout this challenge. I’m so much more fitter and stronger. From barely being able to do sit-ups I can do weighted sit-ups and from doing push-ups on my knees I can do them on my toes. From barely being able to hold a one minute plank I moved to a 5kgs weighted plank for two minutes.

It showed me that - there’s so much I can do with my body that I wasn’t aware of. This challenge has given me a new kind of confidence and I’ve never loved the way my body looks more than now.
