I have always used PCOD & Thyroid as an excuse to not cut down on my food. But this challenge changed that for me completely. I have only HEARD people say, oh 80% is food and 20% is workout - but I finally put the work for it and now know what a huge difference it really makes! Thank you for not letting me use my excuses to get fitter and happier. Definitely going to show off the weight loss, and strive to get stronger in 2019! THANK YOU TEAM SOHFIT! :)
