I have always been an outdoors person - running/training for half marathons every year (ran the last one 9 months after delivering my second child), 40km cycling or playing tennis all came naturally. You guys made me friends with the gym and the weights - something (consciously or subconsciously) I have resisted for major part of my life. You guys made them look easy, doable and fun! Oh and MOST IMPORTANTLY, so effective! The food bit as well - everyone knows the "basic" guidelines but when it comes with monitoring and easy recipes, you realise where you were going wrong and how eating healthy and clean is actually not so difficult! So THANK YOU for this amazing start to my journey - this is just the beginning, and a crackling one at that! Thank you again.
