WHAT IS DIFFERENT IN THIS SUMMER EDITION?
Given that the holiday season is around the corner, this program provides for flexibility so you can travel, stay active and smash your goals.
TRAVEL FRIENDLY WORKOUTS
Given that the holiday season is just around the corner, we would be providing you with bodyweight options, if equipments are not accessible so you can have the flexibility to train anywhere and anytime.
NUTRITION TRACKING IS OPTIONAL
We understand that it is difficult to stick to certain nutrition guidelines whilst travelling and therefore we are giving you the option to do the challenge without Nutrition tracking. However, we do recommend that you try your best to choose healthy options whenever possible.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
*We strongly suggest you have at least two sets of dumbbells (or kettlebells). Everyone has very different levels of strength but as a rough guide, a total novice may wish to work with a 3-5kg set for upper body and 5- 7.5kg set for lower body.
