SOHFIT’s Personalised Plans are the ultimate tool for anyone that is looking for the best mentor in their fitness journey.
Choose between 1 month or 3 months of online personal support from Sohrab or one of our other coaches, who will build weekly workout plans for you based on your fitness level, lifestyle, goals and access to equipment.
You will receive these weekly plans on the preceding weekend so that you can go through the workouts in advance and get in touch with the coach for any clarification or modifications, if needed.
You’ll be in touch with your coach over WhatsApp and you’ll be able to discuss your workout plans, get ongoing guidance and share videos to improve your form.
