*We strongly suggest you have at least two sets of dumbbells (or kettlebells). Everyone has very different levels of strength but as a rough guide, a total novice may wish to work with a 3-5kg set for upper body and 5- 7.5kg set for lower body.

Note: A two week extension will be given to those travelling during challenge dates.
